Refund And Return Policy

Effective date: April 20, 2026. We want customers to receive clean, usable THMINS toilet mat products that match the pack size and order details shown on the product page.

30-Day Return Window

Retail orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the product is unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending any return so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Used bathroom mats, opened bulk orders, customized packaging orders, and items damaged by misuse or improper cleaning are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our shipping error, incorrect item, or confirmed product defect.
