Shipping Policy

Effective date: April 20, 2026. THMINS ships retail toilet mat packs to U.S. customers and supports wholesale shipping quotes for larger orders.

Retail Shipping

Direct retail orders for 12 Pack, 20 Pack, and 36 Pack products include free standard U.S. shipping unless a different shipping arrangement is confirmed before payment.

Processing Time

Most retail orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary by carrier, location, weather, and holiday volume.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders start at 100 pieces. Shipping method, lead time, and delivery terms are confirmed during the quote process based on destination and order quantity.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after shipment. Please contact us if you have not received tracking after your order has been confirmed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction before shipment.
